Our site is operated by Momentum Corporate Services FZ LLC, a free zone limited liability company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Creative Media Authority in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, whose company number is 1319 and whose registered address is PO Box 77879, Abu Dhabi, UAE ("we" or “us”). We are an entertainment company covering gaming development, gaming publishing, esports management and content platform services, and are dedicated to creating engaging experiences and pushing the boundaries of innovation in the entertainment industry.

4.1          We may unilaterally revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

4.2          Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

5              Changes to our site

We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

6.1          Our site is made available free of charge.

10.3       We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

(a)           use of, or inability to use, our site; or

(b)           use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.

10.4       If you are a business user, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:

10.8       Subject to clause 10.1, our aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) misrepresentation or otherwise in connection with these terms shall not exceed AED500.

11           Viruses

11.1       We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

11.2       You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

11.3       You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

12.1       You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

Please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi Global Market.
